Nottingham Comedy Festival 2012
12th – 21st Nov

Nottingham Comedy Festival has been run every year since 2009.

It aims to bring together funny people doing funny things in any way they think will get the audience to have a damn good chuckle ... and let's face it, after the last couple of years, a damn good chuckle is just what the doctor ordered.

This year the event is stretching over 10 days, at 12 venues. The acts range from known to ... yes, you’ve guessed it, unknown. And although there can never be a guarantee that you will find them all funny (that will depend as much on you being able to see the joke as it will on the comedian's to deliver it), you can bet that you will not survive the festival without wetting yourself at least once*.

We have highlighted some of the events below with links straight to the festival website page where you can find out more about the show and get yourself tickets.

The Nottingham Comedy Festival is directed and organised by Helen Stead who also runs regular comedy nights throughout the year through her company NCF Comedy.
