A Peoples Manifesto for Wildlife
with Chris Packham

On 22nd of September London saw the first ever Walk for Wildlife.

It was the brainchild of T. V. wildlife expert Chris Packham and was to mark the launch of the People's Manifesto for Wildlife.

The manifesto is a blue print for changes that, if adopted would go some way to reversing the dramatic decline in wildlife that we have seen over the last 50 years.

People's Wildlife Manisfesto

The Manifesto contains 18 essays by recognised environmentalist, outlining the issues and suggesting achievable solutions. All of it is supported by rigorous science.

The Manifesto is very readable and if you care about all things wild then it is a must read.

The aim is to turn the tide of environmental degradation and return to a way of being that is in harmony with nature.

It may sound far fetched and pie in the sky, but as was said on the Walk for Wildlife, if we carry on living like there is no tomorrow, there will be tomorrow.
