The Hothouse Theatre Youth project always gets a bit weird. There is a sudden urge to take a black piece of paper and come up with strange and ridiculous storylines largely involving a Great Elf from the North Pole, struggling to get loads of presents to countless millions of largely undeserving kids, all against the clock...

Then, having come up with a daft storyline, we script it and record it.

We got half-term started with a fun day messing around with cameras and costumes.
In the middle of all this, an epic game of Giant Jenga broke out!

After that, we decided to make a film in two days...not including the editing...of course.
As usual, this all started with a blank piece of paper and the rather furtive imaginations of the members of the group.
And the result?
Well, you will have to wait until the New Year to see that...

Finally, we took to the streets...or rather to the woods...to take some photos, focusing on (forgive the pun) compesision, the framing of the photo.
It was, as ever, great fun!
