Once again it is time for giving ...
This usually translates into a lot of running around, spending money you haven’t got, on a load of tat that no one wants and will end up in the local landfill before the New Year has really got itself started.
Not only is this a complete waste of everyone’s time, it is also, as we finally start to take climate change seriously, completely off script as far as securing the future of the Human Race.
So, here is a better idea.
Make your own pressies for people.
It will mean using less resources (unless you decide to smelt gold rings for everyone) and therefore will have a smaller carbon footprint. If you use recycled materials this benefit is multiplied enormously.
What is more, people will be very impressed.
